Cooking Capixaba and homely, family atmosphere, make the difference.
In the Club do Balanço the cuisine has a special flavor. Typical dishes of Capixaba cuisine were selected by four brothers, owners of the house, from exclusive recipes, the seafood base, such as Bobo shrimp, and fish stew (no palm oil) the most appreciated by customers.
